Leather binding with raised bands and gilt lettering to spine. Marbling to end pages, pastedown and text block edges. Front board is stained as per photo and bears gilt decorated crest of King's School Grantham. Similar crest on rear board. Prize giving copy with associated school plate on the inside cover. Foxing present but restricted to end and title pages only. Otherwise internally very good with no marks or inscriptions.
