First and only edition, inscribed by the author. Also included, 17 pages of typed notes by the author, explaining his project and an interesting letter from the trenches in 1915. Some light staining to the cover and a little rubbing to the spine. Embossed ex libris stamp on the front end paper and foxing present to the front end papers and occasionally to the text. One end page is detaching from the binding but is quite secure (see photo). Internally a very good clean copy.
