A good copy of this first edition hardback. Published in 1995 by Edinburgh University Press. Near fine black cloth boards with gilt lettering to spine. Staining to bottom edge of text block. Pages are very good; free from marks and inscriptions.
Dust jacket is in good condition with slight fading marks to extreme bottom.
